Congratulations on beginning this creative adventure! I have no expectations on what will come from this effort but I am excited to discover what it will be. I'm going to participate in the focus-52 project, and will post the weekly prompt here. Feel free to use the prompt as inspiration. There are no requirements for type of creativity - only that whatever you post is something you created, be it art, writings, food, photos, knitting, etc.
Now - lets create-n-share!

Cool idea Chris, thanks!
ReplyDeleteToday I repurposed a stubborn cake from a not-so-beautiful-cuz-I-would-not-release-myself-from-the-cake-pan cake into a beautiful Espresso Chocolate Cream Triffle with crushed toffee bar topping.
Intern Birthday Party saved.
Creativity Reigns Supreme.
did you take a picture?
ReplyDeletePretty impressive, Mel, and can't wait to see your scarves, Chris!
ReplyDeleteToday I wrote a poem to honor a sober pal who hit the ten year mark. Now I am playing around with colored pencils making shapes and lines and squiggly fantasies. Earlier, I created a moment of good karma by hugging someone who was once an enemy.
I did not take a pic of the dessert, but should have, it was pretty. Actually, I recently saw a pic of the wedding cake I made for Joe and Kathryn's wedding this past summer - I need to get more intentional about capturing those on film! If you go to my fb page and look up Kathryn you can see the pics on her page.
ReplyDeleteNice job with the hoodie, the poem and the hug peeps! Chris I would especially like to congratulate you on your choice of subject. Can't get better than a god-made cherub for your subject matter!
During the super bowl I worked on my "scarf" for Nanc. It is actually more of a bedspread. In my haste to make her a really WIDE scarf, I cast on more that 60 stiches. I was thinking it could be a prayer shawl, but I think it's even too big for that. Ideas?
Chris will you make me an "author"?
